There are many additional benefits to the real tech platform, including the proprietary custom built AI search engine, his name is Leo. Leo is a partner with agents to help guide them through their transaction flow, saving both time and resources so that you can do what you do best, sell homes.

Within the transaction management system, you can see all transactions, collect signatures on documents, and even give team members or your transaction coordinator permissions so they can take care of the detailed analytical work.

Agents across the Real Network are moving to the Marketing Team structure.

Unlike a traditional team, a marketing team allows all agents to join Real as single agents and share resources, for a marketing fee.

Resources might include team space, shared templates and processes, and team trainings.

Shared lead sources (like Zillow Flex) would be structured differently.

A marketing team would require a separate legal agreement outside of Real, stating the exact terms of the agreement with a clear outline of what would be provided.
